Chik'n Tenders + Dilly Carrots

Difficulty: EASY PETE

Dilly Carrots
1/2 lb baby carrots
1/2 c water
2 T buttery spread
1/2 t salt
1 t sugar
fresh pepper
fresh dill

place carrots, water, butter, salt and sugar in a saucepan and heat, covered, over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
remove from heat and stir in plenty of fresh dill and season with pepper and salt if needed.

Preheat 430

Store Bought Tenders
I like gardein seven grain tenders.
place on foil lined cookie sheet. bake for 10 minutes, flip, then bake for 10 more. serve with fancy sauce.

Wren's Fancy Sauce
1/2 c vegan mayo
1 T horseradish
1/4 c ketchup
1 squirt sriracha
1/4 t onion powder
Several grinds fresh pepper
