Black Olive Tapenade

Difficulty: NEWBIES CAN DO IT

Special Menu: Color Dinner

1 c pitted black olives
1 T drained capers
3 medium cloves garlic
5 basil leaves
⅓ T Za’atar
1 t Dijon mustard
1 t fresh juice from 1 lemon
olive oil, as needed
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, if needed

Place all ingredients in food processor, adding olive oil while whirring to reach desired smoothness.
serve with black sesame crackers and black radish.
