Blackberry Lavender White Chocolate Truffles

1 c vegan white chocolate
1 c blackberries
Pinch dried lavender flowers
Powdered sugar

Cook down blackberries in a pot until liquefied, then put through sieve to remove seeds.
Microwave white chocolate for brief bursts until only just starting to melt, then add blackberry juice. Don’t stir too much.
Transfer to fridge for about 15 minutes
Grind up lavender in mortar and pestle, then add to powdered sugar
Form chocolate into balls and roll in lavender sugar.
