hot dogs
hot dog buns
2 Avocados
lime juice
1 large tomato, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
mayo
salt and pepper
sauerkraut (optional)
heat up cast iron or grill to grill both the buns and the dogs.
mash avocados with lime juice and salt to taste
mix chopped tomato with minced garlic and season with salt and pepper
remove dogs from grill, top with dollop of avocado, tomato mix, and a zigzag of mayo.
Get creative with other fun toppings like chili peppers, mustard, sauerkraut, pickles, onions, and more!
