In a square casserole dish, arrange layer of pineapple, then potato, coconut and green onion.
repeat to fill dish, then pour coconut sauce over.

1 bunch watercress, washed, chopped, then boiled for 3 minutes, drained
4 drops sesame oil
1/4 t sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 carrot, grated
1 t toasted sesame seeds
2 T tamari
1 red chile, finely chopped
combine cooked watercress with other ingredients and chill.
