1 pkg tofu, well drained and crumbled
1 1/2 t kala namak black salt
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1/4 c chopped pickles
3-4 T vegan mayo
1 t red wine vinegar
1 t yellow mustard
1 t onion powder
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 t sugar
freshly ground black pepper to taste
combine. eat alone or on a sandwich.
