1/4 c popcorn kernels
1 T vegetable oil
1 T buttery spread, melted
Truffle salt
Mix popcorn and oil in a bowl, then pour into paper lunch bag.
Fold the bag up, ripping two spots on the seam to seal bag.
Microwave no longer than 2 minutes.
Melt buttery spread for 10 seconds in microwave.
Pour popcorn in bowl, drizzle/toss with butter, then generously sprinkle with truffle salt.
Are angels singing?!
