Bomb Artichoke Dip

Difficulty: EASY PETE

1 garlic clove, peeled
1 T (1 inch chunk) red onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 T vegan mayonnaise
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon powdered mustard
1 4-ounce can chopped green chiles
1 can brined artichoke hearts, drained
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
black pepper
crushed red pepper

blend all ingredients but artichokes in a food processor until smooth
Add artichokes and pulse a couple times to incorporate, but not puree the chokes.
warm in the microwave when serving.
