Masala Kouseband met Aardappel

Difficulty: NEWBIES CAN DO IT

1 bunch long beans, washed, trimmed, and cut into 1.5 inch pieces
3 potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks
1 onion, chopped
1 T garam masala
2 c water
1 t Sazón
1 bouillon cube
salt and pepper to taste

Puree
1/2 red bell pepper
1 habanero pepper, stem and seeds removed (wear gloves)
1/4 c fresh pineapple
1/4 c fresh mango
2 cloves garlic
1 onion

Heat oil in large pan, and saute onion until golden.
add puree, masala, beans and potatoes, stir and sizzle for a few minutes.
add water, sazón, bouillon, stir and cover to cook for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are cooked, stirring occasionally.
