Sesame Noodles + Fried Tempeh + Broccoli

Difficulty: NEWBIES CAN DO IT

Sesame Peanut Sauce
1/2 t sesame oil
2 T tamari
1 t rice wine vinegar
1/4 c peanut butter
1 T sugar
1 inch grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
garlic chili paste to taste
hot water

1/2 box spaghetti or chinese noodles, cooked according to package instructions
1 pkg plain tempeh, cubed, then deep fried
2 c frozen broccoli, stir-fried with peanut oil and a bit of soy sauce
peanuts crushed in a baggie

Pour sauce into cooked and drained noodles a bit at a time until noodles are well coated.
stir, place in a bowl, then top with fried tempeh and broccoli, and top with addtional sauce
garnish fresh cucumber, chili sauce, and crushed peanuts.
