Chimichirri

1 c fresh cilantro
1 c fresh spinach or parsley
1 clove garlic
2-3 slices fresh jalapeno
Green Tobasco sauce
2-3 T olive oil
salt to taste

place all ingredients (except oil) in a food processor.
Whir, and slowly pour in oil while spinning until sauce is smooth.
It is pretty hard to mess up as long as everything is nice and fresh.
We put it on triscuits, potatoes, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, etc.
